Plain-English answers
What is a discovery call?
A free 30-minute conversation by phone or video, or in person if you are in Gwinnett or Metro Atlanta. You tell us what is eating your team's week, and we tell you honestly whether AI looks like a fit and what a paid Discovery would cover. No pitch and no obligation.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the workflow and the tools involved. A single, well-defined workflow is the quickest place to start; anything that touches several systems takes longer. You get a written timeline with the quote, and we won't promise dates we can't keep.
What happens to our data?
We build in accounts you own and ask for the least access each step needs. We don't copy your customers' personal data to our own servers, we never need passwords sent by email, and we tell you which AI vendor sees which data before anything is switched on.
What if AI isn't a good fit for us?
We'll say so. Sometimes a checklist, a simpler tool or a small process change is the better answer, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a project.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Every account, API key, prompt, automation and document lives in your accounts and stays with you, whether or not you keep working with us.
How much does it cost?
AI Discovery starts at $750, a fixed price agreed in writing before we start. Your Discovery fee is credited toward the build if you go ahead within 30 days. Sign a 12-month engagement and your Discovery fee is credited back in full. Why a paid audit instead of a free one? You get a written plan, a baseline measured with you, and the fee back as credit toward the build. Setup, Prompt Engineering and the monthly Results & Metrics work are priced in writing after the free 30-minute call, once we know the workflow, always as a fixed price before work begins.
What we won't do
- Long contracts or lock-in. Projects are fixed-scope, and the monthly retainer can be cancelled any time.
- Reselling software for commissions. We aren't paid by AI vendors, so the recommendation is about fit, not margin.
- Letting AI send things in your name unreviewed. Anything customer-facing gets a person's approval by default.
- Guaranteed results or ROI. We estimate, measure against your baseline, and report honestly, including when something isn't working.
- Storing your customers' personal data on our servers. The work runs in your accounts.
