What kinds of KPIs?
Agreed per task: for example time per task, items handled, error or correction rate, response time, and monthly tool cost. We only report numbers we can actually measure.
Do you need Setup from you first?
No. We can also measure and tune automations someone else built, after a short review and a baseline measurement.
What if the numbers are bad?
We say so, explain why, and recommend changes, including turning it off.
