AI agents and automations, built carefully in your own accounts
We build the items from your roadmap: AI agents, automations and the integrations between the tools you already use, with review steps, logs and an off switch.
The problem
Connecting AI to email, calendars, CRMs, spreadsheets and websites is where the value is, and where things go wrong. An agent that can send, spend or delete needs guardrails, and someone has to check it's still doing the right thing next month.
What we do
- Build in accounts you own, with access limited to what each agent needs
- Add human approval before anything external, financial or irreversible
- Test on your real examples, including the awkward ones
- Set up logging so you can see what each agent did and why
- Train your staff and write the runbook, including how to turn it off
What you get
- Working agents or automations from your approved roadmap
- Approval steps and permissions written down
- Test results on real examples, including failures we found and fixed
- A one-page runbook per automation
- A handover session for the people who will use it
Price
Price set after a free discovery call
Quoted per project from the Discovery roadmap, with a fixed price for each item before work starts. Tool subscriptions are separate and billed to you directly by the vendor. Your Discovery fee is credited toward the build if you go ahead within 30 days.
Book a discovery callOne workflow first
We don't start by automating everything. We pick one workflow from your roadmap, build it, and check it against the baseline we measured with you. When it's working and your team trusts it, we move to the next one.
- Pick one. The workflow with the clearest value and the lowest risk.
- Prove it. Run it with review steps on, and compare it with the baseline.
- Then expand. Add the next workflow only once the first one has earned it.
You own it. You own everything we set up: every account, API key, prompt, automation and runbook is created in your own accounts, in your name. If we part ways, nothing needs to be handed back, because it never left.
Guardrails we use by default
- Draft, don't send: agents prepare, people approve
- Least access: each agent gets only the permissions it needs
- Backups before changes to anything live
- Review-only mode for new agents until they've earned trust
- A clear off switch and a named human owner
Where this comes from: these are the same rules our own ~25-agent operation runs under. Read the case study.
Questions people ask
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits: often tools you already pay for. We're not resellers, so there's no commission pushing a choice.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
It will, sometimes. That's why we design review steps, limits and logs, and why customer-facing or irreversible actions need a person to approve them.
Do we need Discovery first?
Usually. For a small, clearly defined automation we can scope it on a call instead.
Who owns what you build?
You do: every account, API key, prompt, automation and document, set up in your own accounts.
Before you call
Think of two or three tasks that eat the most staff time or cause the most mistakes. That's usually where the useful conversation starts.
